Washington Apple Study Finds Organic Growing Is BestAgriculture: The method would help the state's struggling farmers produce sweeter and more profitable fruit, researchers say.A six-year study comparing different types of apple production found that organic growing techniques are more profitable and produce better-tasting fruit than conventional farming methods.
